Police offer update on homicide case
Irving—Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Ouida St. regarding a disturbance on Sunday, April 7. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim in a driveway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and attempted to perform life-saving measures.
The suspect fled the area before officers arrived and was not located. IFD medics responded and pronounced the victim deceased from his injuries.
Investigators have identified Erik Natanael Amador Godoy, 32 years of age, as a suspect. Amador Godoy should be considered armed and dangerous.
Update: Investigators identified another suspect in this murder case. A warrant has been issued for Franklin Amador, 18 years of age. These two suspects are brothers and believed to still be together.
With the vehicle previously identified recovered in San Antonio shortly after the murder, investigators believe the two fled to Honduras.
