Felony stop takes place near high school

Irving—Police officers stopped traffic on O’Conner near Irving High School on Aug. 9 around 9 a.m.

The officers initiated a felony stop and pointed guns at a vehicle that had been reported stolen. Three occupants were arrested, and the vehicle was impounded.
